It's been one of those days. One when you are pretty sure there isn't anything else bad that can happen, then something does. I had to have a student go get the police officer to come to my classroom today. This was after a huge ordeal that carried on and ended with a student being kicked out but refusing to leave. It was a very long and frustrating process. My parents have blessed me with offering to pay for a months membership to the fitness center I used to go to to see if that will help some of my severe pain. I was really looking forward to getting started back up there tonight. I have had a horrible migraine that kept me home from school yesterday. They put me on some high dose steriods which is never good because they make me very emotional, irritable, and just kind of grouchy and mean! But, they usually help the migraine pretty fast. Unfortunately, the migraine is just getting worse. But I was going to try to suck up the migraine and still go work out because I hate the way my body looks and am desperately hoping exercise might help the pain. So, I came home and changed and went on my way to the fitness center. And then crash! A truck much larger than my little Camry hit me, hard! He hit the driver's side of my car. It took off my side mirror and parts of my door and the back door. Both doors on the driver's side are completely smashed in and the handle is not attatched. Pieces of my car are still scattered in the street. I flew forward and up. Hit my head on the rear view mirror, banged my leg up, and dislocated my shoulder. And then couldn't get out because my door was so smashed in it won't open. The window won't open either. So out I had to go through the passenger side. It wasn't my fault, so his insurance will pay for everything. And thankfully the police and little old man that hit me were both very kind. And praise God for the seat belt that most likely saved my life, as I probably would have gone through the windshield had I not been wearing it. Praise God too, for the breakthrough I had last night spiritually. I just have to laugh at Satan today for his tactics and attempts to break me down.
